Hi! I'm Elena.
I’ve always been drawn to the space between big ideas and how things actually get done.
My career started in frontline operations, where I learned firsthand that even the best strategy only works when it makes sense to the people responsible for bringing it to life. From there, I moved into leadership roles across technology and consulting, leading teams, improving processes, and helping organizations navigate complex change.
Today, I help leaders make sense of complexity and turn their vision into something practical. That might mean rethinking how teams are structured, clarifying roles and responsibilities, improving processes, or building the roadmap needed to move from where an organization is today to where it wants to be.
I’m naturally curious, practical, and relationship driven. I like asking the questions that get to the heart of an issue, breaking complicated problems down into something people can actually work with, and bringing the right people together to move things forward.
At the end of the day, I believe good operations should make work easier, not harder. My goal is to provide operational leadership and support by building the clarity, structure, and ways of working businesses need to grow with confidence.
